पंचवे वेतन आयोग और सरकार के इनकार के पीछे क्या है राज? क्यूँ 5th CPC एवं सरकार ने कोई भी Pay निर्धारित करने के लिय मना कर दिया था? जव वेतन आयोग और सरकार ने वेतन निर्धारण के लिय मना कर दिया तो एक Soldier का वेतन केसे निर्धारित किया गया? कितना असमनता है वेतन मैं? Court Case का क्या status है ?

1990 के दशक में जब यह समस्या उठी कि ट्रेनिंग की अवधि और उसके एक साल के बाद Annual Increment नहीं होनी होना चाहिए, तो इस Anomaly को सही नहीं माना गया। उदाहरण के रूप में, एक जीडी सोल्जर को 9 महीने से लेकर 1 साल की ट्रेनिंग मिलती है, जबकि नर्सिंग असिस्टेंट को 3 साल की ट्रेनिंग होती है। यदि दोनों सैनिक 1 जनवरी 1998 को भर्ती हुए होंगे, तो उनकी वेतनमान की गणना इस प्रकार होगी जो की तर्क संगत नहीं है।…………….
